The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 pm. Please arrive no later than 4:20 pm or risk being judged severely.
A free shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. On Saturday, the shuttles will start loading at the Inverness Hotel at 3:15 pm and leave for the venue at 3:30 pm. Return shuttles will depart for the hotel at the end of the evening as well as an early shuttle 1-1.5 hours prior to the end of the night.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm, followed by a cocktail hour while pictures are being taken. Reception and dinner to follow soon after with festivities wrapping around 10:00 pm and an after party at JD's Bait Shop Sports Grill. Transportation will be provided.
We encourage guests to wear formal attire. Formal dress code for women includes floor length gowns, tea-length and midi dresses. For men, this includes suits (please no jeans).
There is parking onsite (the lower parking lot may be less full and is only a short walk away). Please note that there are limited spots due to the fact that this is a golf club and golfers will be present in the clubhouse, restaurant and course areas. While Ubers and Lyfts will get you to the venue, they are not a reliable way to get home. Those not driving are encouraged to use the Inverness shuttle.
Colorado weather can be unpredictable. We anticipate sunny and beautiful late summer weather, but be prepared for rain. Never a bad idea to bring a light jacket.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside but the reception will take place indoors.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family members. We encourage you to use this evening as a night off and come ready to party!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
