When is the RSVP deadline?

To ensure the caterers and venues can make the necessary preparations, the last day Tom & Kalea will be accepting RSVPs is March 31, 2025 when the headcount will be finalized.

Due to limited seating capacity at both Sky Ranch Lodge and Tlaquepaque, only the guests/families specified on your invitation are able to be accommodated.

When should I get there?

Tom & Kalea have a late-morning ceremony, so if you are an out-of-town guest, it may be a good idea to get to Sedona the night before the wedding. On the day-of, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow time for parking and seating.

Where should I stay?

Tom & Kalea recommend staying in Uptown Sedona, where all of the wedding events will be held. For hotel recommendations in the area, visit the Travel section of the website or reach out to the mother of the bride.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please opt for a formal attire such as a floor-length/cocktail dress or a dark suit and tie. Keep in mind that the wedding venues are outdoors, so consider your shoe selection carefully, as you will be walking on grass and cobblestone.
