What about COVID-19 and the pandemic?

Answer

We are hopeful that most people will be able to get their vaccines prior to the wedding, however we'll provide masks and sanitizer throughout the weekend. We have also chosen to keep the wedding very small in order to provide plenty of distance between guests. We will have a virtual option through Zoom for those that do not feel safe or are unable to come due to the limited size of the ceremony. For in person guests, the ceremony will be outside, and the reception hall is inside with big sliding glass doors and an outdoor deck to continue to maintain distance and open air safety.

Parking at the venue?

Answer

We know that people will have to drive to Estes Park, there is parking at the venue for guests and for people not staying on site but we recommend carpooling as much as possible. The venue holds about 46 guests at max capacity so not everyone might be able to stay on site, however there will be parking for other people to come during the hours of the ceremony and reception.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, if you are staying at the venue, you will have to put a deposit down for your room by May 31, 2021.
