What is the dress code?

Answer

Beach formal Beach formal, guests are encouraged to wear polished, upscale attire in lightweight, breathable fabrics such as linen, chiffon, or silk, ideally in soft, coastal-inspired tones like seafoam green, coral, or light neutrals. For women, appropriate options include floor-length gowns, midi or maxi dresses, or tailored jumpsuits in flowy materials. For men, we recommend a suit. A tie is generally expected to complete the look.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there’s plenty of parking available at the Beaufort Hotel. Signage will be posted to guide you to the appropriate areas upon arrival.

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors on the Beaufort Hotel’s west lawn. Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy cocktail hour and the reception in a beautiful indoor/outdoor setting, located just beside the west lawn, under a covered patio.

We’re so excited to celebrate with all of you, and truly, your presence is the most meaningful gift. Instead of a traditional registry, we’ve created a honeymoon fund—if you’d like to contribute, we’d be so grateful.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

For your convenience, the Beaufort Hotel will be providing shuttle service on our wedding day. If you plan to use the shuttle, the hotel staff will be happy to share the schedule and drop-off locations with you.
