Parking is limited. Consider guest drop-off at the front entrance as needed. A private, handicap accessible entrance is available upon request. 5-minute downhill walk from the Omni Richmond Hotel. Please be mindful of the historic, uneven cobblestone streets/sidewalks around this area.

A complementary coach bus for all of our wedding guests will depart from the Omni Richmond Hotel promptly at 2:45PM (40-minute drive to Burlington). The bus will depart from the E Cary Street side of the hotel. Coach buses will remain at the venue upon arrival and will provide return service to the hotel at the conclusion of the wedding. Ample parking is available for those who wish to drive themselves. Overnight parking is permitted for those who elect to utilize the coach bus to return to the hotel. Vehicles can be retrieved on Sunday, October 20th as needed.
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Formal attire
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on the outdoor lawn and brick patios. Light outerwear and sturdy footwear are recommended. The reception will be held indoors. See FAQs for more detailed information.

Two complementary coach buses for all of our wedding guests will depart from Burlington at the conclusion of the wedding and drop-off at the Omni Richmond Hotel (40-minute drive). As noted above, overnight parking is permitted for guests who elect to utilize this service. Vehicles can be retrieved on Sunday, October 20th as needed.
