The deadline to RSVP will be August 4, 2026, which is 60 days before our wedding. The RSVP link will be available after the formal invitations are sent out.
The dress code for the welcome dinner is smart casual. We recommend gentlemen wear collared shirts, button-downs, or sweaters with dark jeans or chinos/khakis. For ladies, we recommend blouses, sweaters, and tailored trousers or a sundress. The wedding will have a semi-formal dress code. We ask that gentlemen wear a suit or sports coat with tailored pants, tie is optional (but encouraged). Ladies may wear a cocktail-style dress or a tailored pant suit. Please be mindful that Floridian Octobers can be warm at night!
The ceremony will be held outdoors at Pandora: The World of Avatar, located within Disney's Animal Kingdom, with an indoor reception at Tiffins Restaurant. Disney will provide a backup location in case of inclement weather.
We kindly request that only named guests on the invitation may join us unless explicitly discussed with Mike & Jody Martin. We appreciate your understanding.
We recommend that all our guests take advantage of the discounted room rates at Wilderness Lodge and Pop Century Resort through our room block. However, if you would like to book elsewhere, we highly suggest staying at a Walt Disney-owned resort for ease of transportation to and from the venue.
Disney will be providing chartered bus transportation to and from the venue. Those staying off Walt Disney World property will need to arrange transportation to the designated meeting point. We will add more information on this once we are further in the planning process with Disney.
Once formal invitations are sent out, we will have the option to list any dietary allergies or restrictions. We will coordinate with Disney's culinary team to ensure there is a food option available to accommodate.
