Countdown To Forever

In July 2015, Antonio and Martinique happened to be sitting next to each other at a kickback (social gathering). Their conversation was unpretentious, so they exchanged personal contact and social media information that night, hoping to get to know each other. The initial text messages were surface-level and short-lived; however, ten months later, they found their way back when Martinique saw Antonio's Snapchat with a seafood buffet. (If you know Martinique, you know she LOVES her seafood!!) That spark ignited conversation, and they socially ran into each other again, where Antonio asked Martinique to attend a friend's party. Martinique was excited enough about the impending date to request her friends' help planning what to wear, as this was Martinique's first time experiencing a first date at a party. Attraction, fun, and high energy evolved between the newly acquainted pair. After several years of intermittent dating, Antonio discovered his love for and being around Martinique. When he initiated the marriage conversation, articulating and demonstrating to Martinique that he was ready to marry her, Martinique knew he was the one.
