Please RSVP as soon as possible. You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP anytime. Type your last name into the field and you plus any additional guests on your invite will be included for you to mark their attendance. You will be given the option to RSVP to each event. We ask that all RSVPs are received by the 1st June 2025 deadline.
If you do not RSVP by 1st June 2025 you will be marked as ‘not attending’. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and can’t accept late RSVPS.

We ask that you please arrive at the venue by 2:30pm. You’ll be greeted with refreshments before getting seated for a 3pm ceremony start time.
Welcome Party (5th September): Holiday casual Wedding Day (6th September): Formal attire Pool Party (7th September): Swimwear and holiday casual Ladies, we kindly ask that no one wear colours traditionally reserved for the bride such as white or ivory. The bridal party will be wearing pink. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass so maybe re-think stilettos, however we will be providing heel stoppers. The sun should be shining so colour is encouraged - don’t be shy!
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited to those on the invitation. Your invite will be made out to you plus any guests if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
Outdoor! We want to make the most of the Italian weather so the full day will be outdoors. Areas of shade will be available throughout the day as well as umbrellas, fans and cold beers (or spritz!) to keep cool.
Yes, but only on the wedding day. On our special day the drinks are on us and will be supplied all night long. We will have a variety of wines, beers, cocktails and spirits (shots,shots,shots!!). On the other days please BYOB.
Due to the laws and regulations of the EU, please ensure that you check your passport expiration date. EU countries, Italy included, require your passport to be valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned date of departure. If your passport requires renewal, please plan ahead! We know how long passport processing times can get.
Early September is lovely in Tuscany! Average highs of 27C in the day and lows of 15C at night.
We will be helping to arrange taxi’s and transport for our guests staying locally to the venue. In your RSVP, if you would like assistance with transport please indicate where you are staying.
Yes! There are up to 15 parking spaces on the grounds.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honour us with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon fund would be hard to resist. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
