Introducing my long-time, OG, red-headed beauty of a best friend Courtney! From biking at Bald Head Island to sailing the seas and swimming with stingrays in Grand Cayman my girl has been with me at the most fun times of my life! It makes perfect sense to have her as my maid of honor, standing proudly by my side as she always has. Courtney is thoughtful, encouraging, kind, and bold. We have had numerous celebrations together and I am so excited to add this one and more to the list. A quiet soul and graduate of App State, Courtney taught me to love the peace and tranquility of nature. Courtney's family and mine have had countless dinners together and we have loved every moment of time as friends. I know I can count on her for a lifetime, and as an Ex-ER nurse, Courtney would hold my guts for me if I ever needed her to. Thank you for being by my side on this special day, hosting my bridal shower, & helping me plan all the things! Love you!

While Katelyn has been in my life just three short years she is truly the friend I had prayed for as we both landed in the MUOTD class of 2022. I spent countless nights and mornings at Katelyn's home in Fayetteville, as her beautiful heart and a cup of coffee was always warm and welcoming to my cold commuter life. I am thankful for her grace and our sisterhood in Christ. We have prayed, talked, done devotions, and experienced hardships together as our graduate program went completely online for a period of time. All of the time spent together has only grown our friendship which will surely be lifelong. I am proud of Katelyn for so many reasons and I want to publicly show my appreciation for her on my wedding day as she stands next to me! Love you Kate!
Zach Martinez

As brother of the bride, Zach has truly been around for her the longest. As a former Division One baseball player, Zach is driven, determined, and disciplined as a young man. With Matt being a former Division One wrestler, the boys (my boys) had a lot of respect for each other right away. Their size, strength, and love of sports provided several topics of conversation of them. I spent several Sunday's sandwiched between their biceps praising God for a strong brother and an even stronger boyfriend. The two of them have loved and protected me with their all, and I as the Bride could not be happier sharing life with these two forever and ever.
Brianna Robinson

Brianna has been with me through all the thick and thins! As an NC State Food Science Graduate, she knows a lot about a lot & is the best person to go to the NC State Fair with! Bri has been my phone call buddy for a remarkable 8 years and has been a friend for even longer. I can't count the amount of shopping trips, French braids, and baking we have experienced together! She even drove up to Lynchburg to celebrate my 21st birthday with me and my Liberty Gals! We have lived 15 minutes away from each other our whole lives, making it easy to share life with this beauty! Brianna is intelligent and I credit a lot of my school success to her willingness to help me learn! Thank you for all the fun times Brianna! Cant wait to add this adventure to our friendship!

Matt's brother from Ohio! Andrew and Matt were tight as kids, both daddy's boys and loved wrestling. Matt and Andrew were raised in Maryland, where they learned to love crab cakes and the Eastern Shore, where they could get fabulous fair food year round at the Ocean City Boardwalk. The boys are close in age, and Matt and I are totally excited that his brother will be joining the bridal party. It will be Lexi's first time meeting Andrew, his wife Bri, their daughter (Aubree) who will be a flower girl, and son Regan!
Jairo Bentancourt

Jairo was Matt's best bud in college & still is after! Jairo runs a successful Realty business with his wife Leslie, and they just had their first baby Calian! Jairo, Leslie, and Jairo's parents gave Matt unconditional love in NC as he left everything he knew in MD. Their love and security gave Matt comfort and confidence being so far from home in college. Jairo and his parents fed and loved Matt like he was their own. I felt like I knew Jairo and Leslie before I met them, as most of Matt's favorite college memories and stories were with them. We love you J & L and can't wait to see yall!
Matt Zapp

Another wonderful gentleman that made a huge impact on Matt's college life was Matt Zapp. During Matt's sophomore year, Matt was soul searching. Being a full time division one athlete, 8 hours away from home, and really leaning into who Jesus was, Matt was introduced to Matt and Haley Zapp, and in short Matt Z. introduced Matt O. to Jesus Christ Himself. Demonstrating unconditional love, forgiveness, patience, kindness, joy, and hope, Matt Zapp gave Matt Olauson a reason to believe and trust in God. Matt Zapp and his wonderful family embraced Matt and made him feel welcome at their home which was not far from Campbell at the time. In honor of the mentor-like friendship that became of them, we welcome Matt and his family to the wedding. We are so honored to have him on our bridal party!

My lovely future sister in law, a beauty inside and out. I am thrilled to have her by my side now, as we develop our little family units. It's a blessing to be in the same season as she is. We have loved wedding planning together, bouncing ideas off of each other, and building our futures together. Maggie is a wonderful listener, and she is more wonderful to my little brother. A good friend of Matt's from Campbell University, and an honorable veteran of the US Marines, Cameron is a proud American who, like any good country boy, loves a good time. Cameron is the perfect addition to our bridal party because of his good family values, high character, strong work ethic and quick wit.

Leslie is the lovely wife of Matt's best man, and so much more to us. Leslie's warm heart and genuine soul has helped both Matt and I get through some very tough times. Leslie is honest, helpful, and selfless. Leslie puts others before herself, and her and her husband Jairo are raising the cutest baby boy I have ever seen! Leslie and Jairo were friend's of Matt's from college, and they had many dinners together. It is our pleasure to serve them dinner and continue a lifelong friendship with these special people.
