Thanks to Virgin America, and a little bit of luck, Lily and Chris were brought together on Thursday, April 14th 2016. Chris, the fresh out of training pilot, and Lily, the experienced and wonderfully personable flight attendant, were scheduled to work the same Palm Springs flight. To Chris' excitement, it came out that they both lived in the Northeast; Chris in New Hampshire and Lily in Boston. Chris was determined to spend more time with Lily, so throughout the flight he continuously, and somewhat boldly, suggested that it would better for Lily to take the same flight he was planning on, putting a wrench in Lily’s carefully devised day of shopping and sleeping. Eventually Lily discovered that she should really take a hint that an awfully cute guy was asking to spend more time with her! She decided to take a leap and join Chris on his JetBlue Trip - where they shared a whole row to themselves and talked for the whole redeye flight... The rest is history!
