Is your wedding kid friendly?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’re keeping the wedding kid free aside from immediate family.

Can I come if I missed the rsvp deadline?

We’d love to have you, but only those who RSVP will be able to join us for planning reasons.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Since it’s a destination wedding, we recommend arriving at least 2-3 days before the wedding to settle in and avoid any travel stress. We’ll be busy with final preparations, but you’re more than welcome to explore Tampa and Clearwater Beach. Please stay as long as you'd like to enjoy the area!

How Do I Get To The Venue?

Answer

A shuttle will pick up guests at at Courtyard Clearwater Beach (stay tuned for time). At 11:30PM, the shuttle will return guests to both hotels from the venue.

How Do I Get To The Venue if i'm not staying in either hotels?

Answer

If you're not staying at either hotel, no worries, Ubers and Lyfts will be available around the venue for your convenience.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

No- there will not be room for guests to park at the venue.

Will we be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held right on the beach, with the cocktail hour and reception taking place outdoors with a tent on the beach. There will also be access to the inside of the house for added comfort.

Will there be ac in the tent?

No- the breeze on the beach will be blowing.

Can I bring a plus one?

We’d love to include everyone, but we’re keeping this a close family and friends wedding. We hope you understand.

can i take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We’ve hired a wonderful photographer to capture every special moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Floral prints, maxi dresses, mini dresses, skirts, dressy shorts, polos, linen shirts, comfy dress pants, comfy dress shoes for the beach. NO WHITE PLEASE!

Soft pastels, beachy neutrals, gold, NO WHITE PLEASE!

Will There Be Appetizers prior to dinner?

Answer

Yes- we will have appetizers served throughout the night before dinner.

Will there be dietary food options?

Answer

Yes!- we will have vegan and vegetarian options available. Please let us know if you have any dietary concerns before March 2026.

Will There Be Alcohol Served?

Answer

Yes- we will have an open bar for guests (21+) to enjoy throughout the night!
