We’d love to have you, but only those who RSVP will be able to join us for planning reasons.
Since it’s a destination wedding, we recommend arriving at least 2-3 days before the wedding to settle in and avoid any travel stress. We’ll be busy with final preparations, but you’re more than welcome to explore Tampa and Clearwater Beach. Please stay as long as you'd like to enjoy the area!
A shuttle will pick up guests at Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa (stay tuned for time) followed shortly by a stop at Courtyard Clearwater Beach. At 11:00 PM, the shuttle will return guests to both hotels from the venue.
If you're not staying at either hotel, no worries—parking will be available close to the venue for your convenience.
No- there will not be room for guests to park at the venue. We will have a designated parking space for guests who aren’t riding the transportation bus.
The ceremony will be held right on the beach, with the cocktail hour and reception taking place outdoors with a tent on the beach. There will also be access to the inside of the house for added comfort.

We’d love to include everyone, but we’re keeping this a close family and friends wedding. We hope you understand.
We kindly ask that you put phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We’ve hired a wonderful photographer to capture every special moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us.
While we love your little ones, we’re keeping the wedding kid-free aside from immediate family.
