Dresscode: Casual during the day, semi-formal for dinner.
Thursday is arrival for some, and second day for most (see Travel page in the top bar). After breakfast at 8am we will go to the nearby Casa Pascu, where you can pet farm animals, go for a walk in the forest, sleep in the hammocks or enjoy outdoor activities like archery. It's a good mix of activities for all ages. We will eat lunch here together and go back around 3-4pm. In the evening we will host a semi-formal dinner in the outdoor area of Hanul Teilor with all of you who travelled to Romania. IMPORTANT: If you want to do a speech, this is the time for it as the plans are different for the wedding (see the description for Friday).

Dress code: You can't go too crazy in Romania, so suit & dress up :)
READ THIS: We are doing a mixture of traditions so expect the unexpected, and follow the lead of us and the Romanians. Here's how it's likely to go down: FIRST: Romanians love to dance between meals, so that's what we will be doing. This might be awkward for you at 6pm, but we hope you will join us and help make it less awkward for us xD. This means that food/dance will extend the entire evening/night. SECOND: There are no speeches other than the bride and the grooms, and the toastmaster is hired in to guide the evening. You're welcome to interrupt by ding'ing the glasses, stomping your feet and kissing when the bride/groom leaves (Danish tradition). THIRD: There's a first dance, but it happens after the first meal. Clapping is a no-no, joining us after our dance afterwards is a yes-yes ;) All-in-all: Romanian weddings are more spontaneous, so try to go with the flow and get the best out of it <3

The day after the wedding will be focused on relaxing, starting out with breakfast at 8am (don't worry, you can join later). During the day there will be options to go with the horse carriage around the town or go for a walk in the nearby forest. The ones that leave earlier (see Travel above), will take the arranged bus at 2pm. The ones that leaves Sunday to Budapest, will chill with us in the afternoon - More info will come as we get closer.
