What is the process to book the hotel?

Is there parking on site?

Answer

There is parking on site. Lyft and Uber service may be limited to and from the ceremony location. Transportation is going to be available for all guests staying at the Aloft hotel for the wedding. If you are not staying at the Aloft hotel, you’re welcome to Uber or Lyft to and from the hotel to take advantage of the provided bus transportation to the ceremony. Transportation will also be provided back to the hotel after the reception, where rideshares will likely be easier to access.

Is there a dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We are suggesting cocktail attire: Knee-length, midi, or tea length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, button up and slacks (tie and jacket optional). Please no jeans, shorts and of course no white. We’re planning some lawn games, so keep that in mind when picking your shoes.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside on the lawn. Cocktail hour will be outside on the porch. Dinner will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 PM. Please arrive no later than 3:45 PM. If you arrive after this time, you will not be allowed into the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love to share the love with everyone on our big day, we ask that you do not bring anyone unless you specifically have a plus one indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Can children come?

Answer

Due to venue and budget limitations, we only have reserved seats for those listed on the invitations. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.
