When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Stay tuned for formal invitations this summer! Please submit your RSVP digitally by August 31, 2025. If you know in advance you aren't able to make it, feel free to reach out to Martina and/or Ryan sooner. We can't wait to see you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3pm to the venue so we can begin promptly at 3:30pm

What should I wear?
Answer
We are requesting an attire of Semi-Formal. Think cocktail dresses for the ladies, and suits for the gents. We want to see our guests dressed to impress! Please reserve white for the bride, and no golf polos or jeans. Note: we are hoping to have the ceremony outside, weather dependent, with dinner and reception taking place inside the barn. The ceremony will take place on grass, so a chunkier heel is suggested for women. With a November wedding, there is a chance that temperatures may be on the chillier side, so please bring a jacket or shrug to stay warm during the ceremony.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, please note that our ceremony and reception will be adult-only. We hope that all of the parents can use this as a night to relax and let loose, either as a weekend away or to find a babysitter in town. Kids are welcome to join you for welcome drinks the night before!

Is there a hotel room block for guests?
Answer
Yes! We have a discounted group rate available at the Boulder Marriott. Please visit the Travel section for the booking link.

What should I do if I miss the hotel room block?
Answer
Please let us know if rooms run out! There may be an option for us to add additional rooms based on hotel availability. If you'd rather stay in Lyons, we'd recommend A-Lodge, which is just across the street from the venue. Boulder also has a variety of Airbnbs and hotels that fit different price ranges.

Is there parking on-site at the venue?

Yes, there is parking on property for those who would like to drive.

Can I Uber?
Answer
Lyons is a very small town and Ubers/Lyfts/Rideshares are limited. You may be able to uber to the ceremony, but it could be tricky to find a driver late at night after the reception, so we would recommend coordinating transportation ahead of time. We want all of our guests to have fun but also be safe. To avoid drinking and driving, we will also have a shuttle available taking people to and from the Boulder Marriott and the venue with different time options.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We will have Welcome Drinks the night before the wedding at Spirithound Distillery just down the street in downtown Lyons. All are welcome to come say hi if you're in town! More details to come.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Food will be buffet style with options for everyone (vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free all in consideration). If you have specific allergies, please reach out to Martina or Ryan and let us know and note it on your RSVP.
