What time does the ceremony start?

We expect to begin at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive around 4pm and be seated by 4:15pm.

What is the RSVP deadline?

We’d love for you to RSVP as soon as possible! Regardless, please do so by May 11, 2026.

What is the dress code?

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

We are planning for an outdoor garden ceremony and an outdoor fountain reception. Dinner will be on the covered terrace. Dance party indoors.

Is parking available on site?

Answer

Yes, there will be complimentary parking at both the hotel and the venue. Cars can be left at the venue overnight and picked up by 8am.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! At the Crowne Plaza nearby. We’ll be staying here as well! See the “Hotel & Travel” tab for more details. Please book by June 10, 2026.

Will there be shuttles for transportation?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged for one shuttle to and from the hotel, as well as Uber vouchers to be used at your convenience. See the “Hotel & Travel” tab for more details.

Do you have a wedding registry?

We do not have a registry, and would be so grateful for any cash gifts to fund our honeymoon in Japan!

Is there an after party?

Duh! We would absolutely love if you want to continue the party in our hotel suite.

Of course! We’ll send a questionnaire in late March / early April once we’ve had our tasting ☺

While we love your kids, we are having an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements.
