FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite you to wear your favorite semi-formal look! We’d love for everyone to look dressed up, but still comfortable. Think cocktail/midi-length dresses or skirts for the ladies, and dress pants with a nice shirt for the guys (a jacket or tie is totally optional). We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best as we celebrate together.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If your invitation includes a “plus one,” their name (or “and guest”) will be shown on the envelope. We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but we truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our guest list intimate.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’ll be sending invitations closer to the big day — that’s when you’ll be able to RSVP. For now, thank you for saving the date! Once invitations are sent, please RSVP by July 12, 2026. We can’t wait to celebrate with our favorite people!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel block at the Best Western in Clare under "Martin Wedding". You can explore all lodging accommodations in the surrounding areas on the Travel page.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM at St. Joseph the Worker. We recommend that guests plan to arrive by 1:45 PM to allow time for parking, finding seats, and settling in. This helps ensure everyone is ready to celebrate with us from the very beginning!

Question

Are you registered? What should we bring as a gift?

Answer

We feel incredibly blessed to have everything we need as we begin this next chapter together, and your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. We do not have a registry and kindly ask for no gifts—just come ready to celebrate and make memories with us!
