How do we get to Pärnu?

Where should guests book accommodation?

Answer

We are staying at the Hedon Spa and Hotel in Pärnu. We recommend staying around Pärnu center or along the beach, as it is the best location for activities and accessibility. There are multiple other hotels and accommodation available, feel free to investigate online.

How do I book a room at the Hedon Hotel & Spa (our hotel) with the Wedding Party Discount?

Answer

Unfortunately, the Hedon Hotel & Spa has informed us that they are at full capacity for our wedding dates (the summer is peak season). However, not all hope is lost! There are many hotels in Pärnu, many of which are nearby all the action. What is the dresscode?

Answer

Semi-formal with a light Lord of the Rings theme. Please have fun with this (or don't). It can get pretty warm in July, so light fabrics are recommended (though it may also rain!). Please avoid wearing bright red or white as requested by the bride.

What can we bring as a gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding means the world to us, and we truly appreciate the effort many of you are making to travel and celebrate with us. We do not expect any gifts. However, if you would like to contribute something, a small monetary gift (in USD, CAD, EUR, or GBP) would be deeply appreciated. As we’ll be travelling back to our home in Canada afterwards, we unfortunately won’t be able to take large or bulky presents with us. If you make your way to the Registry section of this website, you will also find our newlywed fund to which you may contribute if you so desire. What can we expect from the ceremony?

Answer

We are planning on hosting a standing ceremony in a nearby field. It will only be a couple minute walk from the venue. Limited chairs will be available for the elderly/people who need. Hopefully the weather will be good!
