Key West International Airport (EYW)
Key West International Airport (EYW) has direct flights from Charlotte, Miami, Newark, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Washington, Philadelphia, New York, Dulles and Tampa. There are four airlines that fly into EYW: American Airlines, Delta, United and Silver Airways. Flying into Key West is the preferred method of travel as it is the fastest. The airport is a short 15 minute drive from all nearby hotels and rental houses.

Alternatively, if you have the time and want to enjoy the experience, you can drive into Key West via the Overseas Highway (US1). This beautiful highway works its way south through the Florida Keys, surrounded by brilliant blue ocean and tropical islands. The drive is approximately four hours from Miami to Key West. It is recommended to fly into Fort Lauderdale instead of Miami because it is easier to get on the highway from there.

Our wedding planner has recommended the Kimpton Hotel properties to for our guests. They have a few locations in downtown Key West - Lighthouse Hotel, Winslow's Bungalows, etc. Alternatively, there are plenty of hotels in Key West with various price points. Another place recommended by a friend is Alexander's Guesthouse. As it is a small island, you can stay wherever you want and still be close by!
