When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend! If parents opt for a child free evening, they can indicate that on their RSVP. We will have children’s meals available for children who plan to attend!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:30-4:45PM to sign the guestbook and get settled before the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is on-site for the ceremony and reception. Birdsong Chapel & Carriage Hall are within walking distance of one another. Property staff have golfcarts accessible to help transport folks who may need assistance.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! The recommended dress code is cocktail attire.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired an incredible photographer, Allyson, to take care of all photo needs! Please refrain from taking photos and join us in being present for the ceremony.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.
