When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than July 20th 2026 to ensure both our venue and caterer can accommodate all guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! You will be able to let us know about allergies and dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and wedding venue?

Answer

A shuttle to & from the venue will be available for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, DoubleTree Manchester & the Residence Inn Downtown hotels. Shuttle times will be provided to guests upon check-in.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. We will coordinate the shuttle pick up/drop off times to ensure guests arriving via shuttle do so within this timeframe. Specific information on arranged transportation to & from the hotels will be provided at check-in.

Where is the venue located?

Answer

We are getting married at The Westbrook Inn located at 49 S Main St., Derry, NH. ~about 35 minutes from where we currently live!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors, with the reception underneath a beautiful sailcloth tent.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, our venue has parking on-site to accommodate up to 200 guests. We will also provide transportation to and from the wedding for guests staying at the hotels we have room blocks with. Please see the travel page for more information.

Can you explain the attire?

Answer

Attire at our ceremony/reception is semi-formal, meaning suits, tuxes, gowns, and cocktail dresses with dress shoes, heels, or nice sandals are all welcome. Please reserve white for the bride & avoid jeans and sneakers. We hope you’ll embrace the occasion as a chance to dress up, express your personal style and wear something that makes you feel amazing!

We are only able to accommodate those named on the invitation.

Who should I contact if I have a question on wedding day?

Answer

Wedding day will be busy and we may not be checking our phones. If you have an urgent question on wedding day, please reach out to someone in our wedding party or immediate family.
