Question

What should we expect for the reception being in a tent?

Answer

Oure ceremony will be held outside on the golf course. The reception will be under a covered tent, with side walls, plenty of room to space yourself from others if you so desire. We also have heaters that will be set up inside the tent to keep everyone warm! public bathrooms will be available (bottom floor of the clubhouse across the hall from the Pro Shop!

Question

Since your wedding is moving forward during the pandemic, what should we expect?

Answer

Rodney and I have the inside clubhouse rented out for our wedding, if no changes are made during the pandemic (Im talking government mandates, etc) we have a back up plan. We have reserved a GIANT tent to have the entire wedding ceremony and reception outdoors. The ceremony will still take place on the "turf grass" and the reception will be under the tent. Plenty of space to spread out! We will also have disposable face masks and travel hand sanitzer available for our guests. Feel free to bring your own mask/sanitizer if you wish.

Question

What kind of attire should we wear?

Answer

Since our wedding is in the beginning of October, the weather can be unpredictable. Wear what you are comfortable in, and something you can dance in!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as Rodney and I love kids, our wedding is adults only. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off! We would love to give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears so we politely request no children.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you do have a food allergy or concerns, please reach out to us by September 3rd so we can make sure our meal options will accommodate all guests :)

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 15th 2020. You can do so on this website (RSVP tab) or by texting Rodney or myself letting us know!

For all the days along the way
