I met Micah in the fall of 2012 at Milligan College. Micah and I quickly bonded over our love for Humanities and Literature, but we became much closer when we traveled to Europe during Milligan's 2014 Humanities Tour. Micah is one of the most thoughtful people you'll ever meet, and I'm so grateful to have her stand by my side on my wedding day!

I met Christa at the ripe age of 5 in Mrs. Sam's Kindergarten class! We remained BFFs all the way through high school, and I was always excited whenever we were in the same class. Christa is so encouraging, and I treasure her steadfast friendship so much. Oh and one time, we both cut our hair for Locks of Love because that's what BFFS do.
Kalyn Harris

Kalyn was my very first friend. We met as tiny tots, and have gone on all of the adventures together-- from digging up ladybugs in her backyard to lemonade stands for the Humane Society! Kalyn is so fun; every day spent with Kalyn is a day full of laughter. She is passionate about her beliefs, and she challenges me to be a better person.

Haley and I met at church, and we became BFFs in middle school! Hanging out at Haley's house always felt like I had gained major status. From spa days to fondue nights and photoshoots by the pool, Haley knows how to make life more exciting. Haley and I have stuck by each other through all life's highs and lows, so I know I'll always have a friend in her.
Molly Kate Morton

I met Molly Kate my sophomore year of high school when we were guidance office helpers. We connected right away and remained BFFs through high school, and then we lived together all four years at Milligan College. Molly Kate is incredibly smart and hilarious, and she taught me the beauty of simplicity and what it means to be hospitable. We've also spent 100s of hours laughing at our own jokes.
Lynette Price

I met Lynette when I started working for her at Creamy Cup in Greeneville, TN. Lynette is one of the most hilarious people I know; she makes me cackle laugh, and I love her so much. Lynette also cares so deeply about the people around her, and she has always made me feel so loved and welcomed. Her daughter, Ina, is our flower girl, and her son, Isaac is our ringer bearer.
Mark Lau

Mark is my cousin on my mother's side, but I consider him to be my older brother. Mark and I are very similar; we both work in IT and tend to be on the quiet side. Mark is like a mentor to me because he has helped me reach so many of my career goals. I have him to thank for introducing me to the world of international schools.
Ray Lai

I met Ray in 1st grade, and we've been friends ever since. Ray always has so many interesting stories to share! I've always been so proud to be friends with Ray because he is really smart and talented. He studied Music at UCLA, and after graduating, he worked really hard, so that he can move to the U.S. Ray inspires me to work hard and never give up.
Chris Chen

I met Chris in 1st grade, and he has kept me laughing ever since. He is always the life of the party wherever he goes. Chris is a DJ, fitness instructor, marathon runner, and MC. Chris is always on TV as a talkshow guest or sports announcer. He sets goals and reaches them. His most recent success are his hilarious TikTok videos. Chris has always been a close friend, and when we see each other, we just pick up wherever we left off.
Kukki Wang

Kukki is another one of my close childhood friends. He is the kind of person people love to be around because he is always making jokes and having fun. Kukki is a great actor, and he is also a Gundam Models master; you can't imagine how many of these action figures he has at home. He is currently a DJ/MC. I can always trust Kukki, and I'm so proud of him for doing what he loves.
Jo Li

Jo is another great friend I have known since 1st grade. Jo and Ray are similar because they both moved abroad for college, but Jo went to Germany, so he knows Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and German. Jo now lives in Xiamen, China, and I was one of Jo's groomsmen when he got married in May 2017, and it was also Martha's first Chinese wedding experience. I feel grateful to have so many friends like Jo who are willing to travel so far to be apart of my wedding!
Patrick Wells

Patrick is Martha's brother and now mine also! Patrick works in advertising in Brooklyn, NY. Patrick is a fancy, cool, and healthy guy, and I think he is really brave for moving to NYC and challenging himself. Patrick is funny and easy to be around, and I feel cool to be apart of a family with so many fun blonde haired people.
