Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a shuttle that leaves from the Field Station Hotel at 2:30pm and will go to the campground. It will return at the end of the evening around 10:00pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, if you are coming alone feel free to bring along a plus one and include your date’s information when you RSVP. Kids are welcome too.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have some options for vegan and gluten free in the dishes being served. If you are allergic to any foods, please let us know.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’re going to be staying at the Field Station and camping at the reception location (Ledges group site). Spring Hill Suites has been recommended to us.

What if I want to camp?

Answer

We have a group site reserved for anyone who would like to camp any days Thursday through Monday. It is Ledges Group E campsite down Cane Creek Road.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The road to get back to the reception and ceremony is a somewhat rugged dirt road. Unfortunately there is only room for parking for people who are camping at the ceremony/reception site. Let us know ahead of time when you RSVP so we can plan for parking with permits.
