Both the ceremony and receptions will be outdoors in open air. We "plan" to have around 130 guests (+ or -) but the venue, including the reception area that is covered by a tent, is approved for 300+ guests - this gives us extra room to spread tables and follow distancing guidelines. Tables will be spread out 6ft+ apart, and we will work to seat you at tables with family or friends who are already within your circle whenever possible. We will have a system for each guest to indicate their comfortability with distance - red (please keep distance), yellow (okay with fist or elbow bumps), green (I've been vaccinated or am comfortable with a hug).
While the ceremony and reception are both outdoors, we are encouraging guest to wear their masks at times where social distancing cannot be practiced, especially around those who are most vulnerable. Masks will be available for guests who need them.
Yes! Guests will be able to watch the ceremony by navigating to the schedule page on our website at the time of the event and clicking the Zoom URL there.
While we love your kids, (we really do!) we would like this to be a night off for you as well.
