Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please RSVP by August 1st using the RSVP tab in the menu. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we’ll assume you're unable to attend, and final headcounts will be submitted.

Question

What time is our ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive approximately 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony starts, we won’t be able to let you in. Don’t worry though—you’ll still be able to join us for the cocktail hour and reception, so we’ll see you there!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Please wear formal attire and feel free to get creative with fall, earth, or jewel tones. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing jeans or denim, as well as any shades of white. Since it’s September in Utah, the evening temperatures can dip into the 50s, so we recommend bringing a light jacket. For the ladies: Comfortable shoes are a great choice, especially for the outdoor ceremony and reception. Wedges, thicker heels, or nice flats are perfect options.

Question

I have a food allergy, what do I do?

Answer

Please reach out directly to us (the bride and groom) with any food allergy concerns or requests so we can make the proper accommodations.

Question

Is there a hotel block available?

Answer

Yes, we’ve reserved a hotel block at the Courtyard Cottonwood. You can book your room through the travel tab on our website. Shuttle services will be available for guests staying at the Courtyard to transport them to and from the venue. There are also plenty of Airbnb options nearby if you’re looking for a more private or cozy experience!

Question

Is parking available on site?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available at the venue. If you plan on drinking, please consider using alternative transportation to and from the venue. As stated, for guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott - Cottonwood as part of our hotel block, shuttle buses will be available for easy transport to and from the wedding.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who were formally invited. If you received a plus one, their name will be included when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love children, this will be an adult-focused celebration. Invitations will clearly specify which children are invited, and only those named on the invitation should be included. We encourage all guests, whether or not they have children included, to take this opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and fun getaway! It’s the perfect chance for some quality time without the little ones, so we hope you can join us in celebrating this special day. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to share this memorable occasion with you!

Question

What if I cannot make it?

Answer

You’ll be greatly missed! If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP as "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you so much!
