Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is onsite parking in a grassy lot. Overnight parking is allowed but must be cleared by 10 AM the next morning to avoid towing.

Are there lodging options near North Star Farm?

Answer

Yes, several hotels and motels are within 10 minutes of the venue. Options include: Best Western St. Peter AmericInn St. Peter Hometown Inn & Suites Belle Plaine Please see our "travel and lodging" section for details.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, shuttle service will be provided to and from local hotels. See the "travel and lodging" page for additional details.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to be outdoors, weather permitting. If it rains, we’ll move the ceremony indoors to the reception barn. The reception will take place inside the barn. In July, Le Sueur typically has an average high of 83°F (28.3°C) and a low of 64°F (17.8°C). Please check the weather forecast before arriving and dress accordingly.

We’ll be sending out RSVPs soon with a deadline, but if you already know you won’t be able to join us, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know sooner rather than later.
