Hotel
Trento is Marta's hometown. It is about 15-20 minutes from the venue and there are plenty of options to stay at depending on your needs (hotels, B&Bs, Airbnb, etc.) If you stay in Trento, you will easily be able to get around by walking. If you plan on exploring neighboring towns, you can do so by using public transportation (buses or trains).
Flight
Milano Malpensa is the largest airport nearby. Without even leaving the airport, you can hop on a train from the airport to Milan. The airport train will make a stop in Milano Centrale, which is the main and biggest station in Milan. You will then have the option to take another train wherever you’d like or go out and visit the city.
Flight
This airport is in Verona, which is closer to the venue compared to Milan. However, Milan is home to an international airport, whereas Verona only accommodates domestic/European flights. It's worth checking out. Sometimes there are good deals for flights with layovers in Europe.
Train
Most trains will require reservations and you will be able to pick your seats. However, REGIONAL trains do not require reservations and often don't even offer them (sometimes that means you will be standing the whole time if all seats are already taken).
