FAQs

If you have any questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to the bride or groom!
Question

Want me to be vaccinated?

Answer

Yes please! We respectfully request that everyone who chooses to attend be fully vaccinated. We are doing our best to bring everyone together in the safest way possible, and given the close proximity of lodging and activities, we want everyone to feel at ease. There's just still so much we don't know about this dang virus!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we LOVE the kiddos in our lives, we respectfully ask that you do not bring your children unless they've been explicitly invited. Thank you for honoring our wishes to have an adult only wedding!

Question

How do I book a cabin at the camp?

Answer

You can book directly with the Hulbert Outdoor Center using this link: https://alohafoundation.org/leah-marsters-and-andrew-gallagher/

Question

If I'm staying onsite, can I pick who I share a room with?

Answer

Yes! If you would like to bunk with someone in particular, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Question

Do I have to bring my own sheets and towels?

Answer

No! All linens will be provided by the Hulbert Outdoor Center.

Question

What's the deal with food?

Answer

If you choose to stay onsite, all your meals from Friday evening through Sunday morning will be provided. If you're staying offsite, dinner Friday and Saturday, and brunch on Sunday is provided. If you'd like to join us for breakfast and lunch on Saturday, please let us know and we can arrange something with the venue. Hanover, just a short 15 minute drive away, has plenty of dining options if you'd prefer to venture out on your own!

Question

What kinds of activities will there be at the camp?

Answer

Tennis and basketball courts are available for you to use. We'll also have lawn games, a tie dye station, yoga, and hiking suggestions available to everyone. It may just be peak foliage, so be sure to bring your camera.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Right here on this website! Please be sure to RSVP for dinner Friday night, as well as the wedding, under the RSVP tab above.

Question

What's the weather going to be like?

Answer

It's Fall in Vermont, so who knows! It'll likely be around 50-60 degrees during the day, and 30-40s at night. Definitely be sure to bring layers, and if you're staying in one of the canvas tents, bring warm pj's!
