Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July 15th. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide our vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you understand!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand to allow time for parking and finding your seats. For those guests staying onsite, we recommend being at the ceremony space at least 15 minutes prior.

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
Yes! As long as the weather is in our favor (God willing!), the ceremony will be held outside. The walk to the ceremony space may require a short walk with some uneven terrain. Please let us know if anyone in your party has mobility restrictions so we can ensure they are accommodated. Please plan your footwear accordingly and keep hydrated throughout the day.

Are children welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of the children who are a part of our wedding party.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on your invitation and when you search your name to RSVP. We ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We want you to capture as many moments as you please, we just ask that you are mindful to keep your devices out of the view of our hired professional photographer and videographer to prevent distributions in their service.

I want to stay on site. How do I book?
Answer
Space is limited. If you’re interested in staying on-site, please text Emily at (814) 502-8555 to check availability. If there’s space, she’ll share a private booking link with you. Reservations are first come, first served and must be completed by July 15.
