Our wedding attire is semi-formal with the wedding party wearing green. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and in the cabana bar, but the reception will be indoors.
If you are utilizing our transportation, please be at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area Beaver Valley Hotel at 3:10pm for pickup. Shuttles will depart the hotel at 3:20pm and will depart from the venue only at 10pm.
Yes! Please drive responsibility. All cars need to be off the venue property by noon Saturday, October 10th.
While we love your little ones, we are having an adult only wedding and ask that the only children at our ceremony and reception be our flower girl and ring bearers.
Unfortunately there is a limit on how many guests we can invite and we cannot accommodate guests who are not listed on your invitation.
