Peter and I met online. I know - how cliché! We both opted for the far more objective approach to meeting someone special rather than the typical (hopefully not completely disastrous) 'boy meets girl' routine offered by "Fate." We discovered that we share much in common and have beautiful differences for counterbalance. We have a shared appreciation for good music, art, literature, movies, and the fantastic. We've had our fair share of movie and meal-type dates, but our preferred experiences look more like pack up the car, grab the picnic basket, then Google a local or far out state park, and lastly coax a reluctant Dane into the back seat and hope for the best. You'll find us just beyond the reach of the GPS where nary a cellphone tower has eyes, but surely if you do find us we've already found an interesting campsite, a back road to explore, or very likely an awe-inspiring view. Our path has been less than perfect; and we both agree that had it been so, then something would be off. Rather our time and experiences together have oddly mirrored the fortuitous adventures of a certain H. Potter and his companions, albeit in our own unique, yet seemingly parallel narratives: The Perfectionist's Stare, The Chamber Music Secrets, Holding His Cello Prisoner As I Can, The Goblet of Fire and S'mores, The Order on the Premises, The Half-baked Pizza, and The Marital H/Gallows. We are excited to share our wedding day with you.
