Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Adult party! We have made the difficult decision to make our wedding a kid-free affair. We hope you understand and take this as an opportunity to have a parent's night out! However, we understand the burden of having to find childcare, especially for those traveling from out of town. For those reasons, we will have hired childcare at a nearby airbnb available. Please plan on reaching out to Mariah prior to the wedding if you plan on utilizing this service so she can provide the necessary amount of care needed to take care of your little ones. While we are willing to cover the cost of childcare, we wouldn’t say no to parents pitching in or offering up a nice tip to our caregivers!

Question

Can I bring a hot date?

Answer

As happy as we are that you have one, we are limited on capacity. Unless you received a plus one on your wedding invitation we ask that you do not bring a plus one. If you believe we somehow missed your plus one, please reach out to Mariah and she would be happy to discuss it!

Question

Is transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

Yes! In your RSVP we have asked whether or not you would like to participate in our transportation services from the AC Hotel in Bozeman to the venue. Bridger Bowl is a ways out of town on a windy road. If you are planning on drinking (which we recommend) we would rather you take our lovely bus service. The bus will be leaving the AC hotel at 2:30 on the dot in order to make it to our ceremony on time. Please do not be late. There will be one returning bus at 8:30 pm and a second returning bus at 11 pm. If you would prefer to drive, parking is available at the venue. However, if you need to leave your vehicle overnight we ask that you move it past the gate so our wedding coordinator does not have to assist you in picking it up the next day.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

It will be Summer in Montana so your guess on the weather is as good as ours! The ceremony will take place outside, with the reception to follow in the lodge. Please use this as an opportunity to put on your favorite summer dress or your nice pants! With that being said, we are getting married at a ski hill with a slight slanted area and grates on the patio for happy hour. There is carpeted area so those in heels can walk on the grates, but be careful with the kitten heels. Please wear semi-formal or dressy casual!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Earlier is the best policy! Please arrive anywhere from 30-15 minutes before the ceremony and account for travel time from Bozeman. When getting directions to the venue type in the Deer Park Chalet, as it is halfway up the mountain and will take more time to get to. There will be signs directing you there. If you do arrive late, we ask that you do not park close to the chalet, as it will be loud.

Question

What's the alcohol situation?

Answer

Partayyyyy! We are planning on providing 2 kegs and 50 bottles of wine. Once that's gone - drinks are on you! We will have a full-service bar which will accept either cash or card!
