While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a date night - we appreciate you making prior arrangements.
There is no WiFi or cell service at our venue, Piney River Ranch. In case of emergency, you can use the phone located inside of the main lodge.

Cocktail attire. Please note you will be walking on gravel and rustic wood plank flooring. It is recommended that ladies avoid stilettos or bring a change of shoes.
Business Casual preferred.
SHUTTLE Shuttle service is provided. The shuttle is picking up/dropping off at three locations: the Highline hotel, Lionshead parking structure, and Vail Village parking structure. The shuttle is departing these locations at 2:45PM sharp. We suggest arriving to the shuttle pickup location(s) a few minutes early. The shuttles will depart the venue at 10PM. DRIVING PERSONAL VEHICLE You may drive your own vehicle to/from the venue. Be aware that this is an unpaved, bumpy, narrow, road with no lights or cell phone reception. We recommend that your vehicle be all-wheel or four-wheel drive. The route should take approximately 50 minutes from Vail Village/Lionshead Village, please plan accordingly with the ceremony schedule. If you choose to take the shuttle, please RSVP “Will Attend” If you choose to drive your personal vehicle, please RSVP "Will Not Attend" *This RSVP is for the wedding transportation only. You will RSVP for the wedding itself separately.*
