Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot available for up to 50 cars at the corner of 12th and Lee Streets. Because there is limited space, carpooling is encouraged! There is additional parking available on nearby streets, but we recommend that valuables are not left in cars, and all vehicles are locked securely.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask our guests to come dressed in garden party attire such as sun dresses and slacks (shorts are acceptable).

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the capacity of the event, plus ones are only welcome if they were listed on the invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children are only welcome if they were listed on the invitation, and they must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 5:00pm and make your way to the sign in table.

The deadline to RSVP is June 3rd. You can let us know right here on the website by clicking RSVP.

Where is the venue located?

Answer

Deepwood Museum & Gardens is located between Mission & Lee along 12th street, next to Bush Pasture Park. For driving directions, use this address: 1116 Mission Street SE, Salem, OR 97302

Is the venue indoor/outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be held underneath a covered tent. We ask guests to please respect the gardens as they are delicate.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Due to the capacity of the caterers, we are unable to provide food accommodation for those with dietary restrictions.
