Santa Rosa is known for its beers and one of our favorites is Russian River Brewing. They have a location in downtown Santa Rosa and a new location in Windsor with a beautiful patio. Highly recommend! Fun fact- We almost missed our flight because we lost track of time at the Windsor location (oops)!

Want to take a drive to the ocean? How about Bodega Bay. This cute coastal town has incredible views of the Pacific Ocean. We would suggest staying for lunch as they have great seafood. Highly recommend! Fun fact the, the Alfred Hichock's movie "The Birds" was filmed in Bodega Bay and you can stop and take pictures at some of the locations.

We highly recommend a drive to the Redwood National Park to walk the trails under the majestic redwood trees. Parking is limited and $10, but there is street parking available as well. Well worth the 30 minute drive from downtown Santa Rosa.
