Garden Planting

12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Not fancy, Marshall and Ben will be in the Garden.

We want to invte you to bring your favorite perennial plant to add to our wedding garden. We would love to share the opportunity to plant something as you share your favorite memories of us with us (yes, please write them down on a card or something so we can save it). This is what we want for our wedding gifts - your time and your memories with us. Feel free to bring a plant, or feel free to order it and have it delivered to the farm. The wedding garden will be maintained by Marshall's family (Mark, Gail, John, Jill, David, and Ron) until they make Maplehurst their forever home. Yes, they already agreed to it. Yes, Marshall and Ben will maintain it too when they summer each year.

Ceremony

6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Summer Orchard Chic

Join Ben and Marshall in the orchard for a quick ceremony. There will be some Bubbly awaiting you there. Dress comfortably for the summer heat, but class it up a bit... these are some of those classy gays. We are elated to share our union with you!

Dinner and Bonfire

7:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Same as the ceremony.

Dinner will be Family Style and catered. We will do some of the traditional things like speeches, toasts, and senseless gluttony of beautifully prepared food under the tent. We will also do some non-traditional things... which we have yet to fully plan. The evening will culminate with a bonfire down by the lake.
