There are no Ubers/Lyfts in Banner Elk and there is only one hotel, the Mountain Lodge! We will be providing transportation between the venue and the Mountain Lodge. Boone has several hotels within 30 minutes of our venue, but we do not have a block there nor will we be providing transportation to/from Boone.

You need to call and ask for a room in the Perfetti-Joiner block. This property is no longer a Best Western, but they are still honoring previously made reservations. This hotel is pet friendly. Block expires on 8/5/2025. Parking is limited at the venue, so transportation will be provided to and from this hotel.
