Things To Do
If you will be staying the night/weekend, there are several local attractions to keep you entertained. The Quechee Gorge is local and makes for a breathtaking view this time of year. Located right down the road from the Gorge, the Vermont Antique Mall is a antique shop that is worth a look! If you're interested in hiking, there are easy hikes close by- Mount Tom in Woodstock, Vermont and Gile Mountain in Norwich, Vermont both offer phenomenal views for a hike that will take you 30-60 minutes. Its foliage season so the trails might be a bit crowded, but the views from the top are worth it! Simon Pearce is located on Main St. in Quechee and offers an over-water dining experience and the opportunity to see glass-blowers in action! In addition there are several great restaurants and craft breweries in our area.
