When should I RSVP by?

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, dinner is a buffet and we will do our best to accommodate them.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Great question! Our plan is to have the ceremony outdoors, unless weather requires us to move inside. We recommend dressing with that in mind. Thank you for celebrating with us and being part of our special day.

What do I wear?

To match the elegance of our celebration, we kindly ask our guests to dress in semi-formal attire.

Can I bring a date?/ Are kids welcomed?

Answer

The number of guests will be indicated on the invitation that you receive. If you have any questions regarding a potential guest, please reach out the bride or groom.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking for our ceremony and reception. There is also a free shuttle to use after our event. Feel free to keep your car parked at the venue overnight and pick it up (via drop off, ride share, uber, etc.) in the morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While there is no transportation to the venue, there is a free shuttle back to the hotels following our reception to the two hotels listed on our travel page. Feel free to keep your car parked at the venue overnight and pick it up (via drop off, ride share, uber, etc.) in the morning.
