love is in the air...

God planned it perfectly, when He destined for us to meet doing what we love! We were both performing for a Toys For Tots Christmas Fundraiser during the holidays. I was there as a solo artist, singing and playing piano, and he was there with his band, Mad Temple. After the show, we shared how much we enjoyed each other's performances, and exchanged cards for "business reasons." Soon after, Andrew contacted me about playing piano for an upcoming gig. That one performance led to our "working relationship" co-writing songs, which ultimately led to friendship, then dating, then becoming girlfriend and boyfriend, AND THEN...

...On January 1st 2018, Andrew proposed to me in New York City - with the most gorgeous ring! The true adventure began before we even boarded the plane at LAX. Not only had I forgotten my phone at home, but Andrew was sick with the flu. Soon after arriving in the city, I got super sick as well! To make matters even more interesting, New York was experiencing one of the coldest winters ever recorded in the city's history. But when Andrew proposed to me in the heart of the Village on the night of January 1st 2018, being super sick with stuffy noses and dry faces, bundled in thick layers of clothing we could barely walk in, felt perfectly fine. All of a sudden, it felt like us - charming, quirky, & romantic. We are both overjoyed to be embarking on this new journey, and rock through life together! 💛 💛 A & S
