Our dress code is semi-formal attire.
We are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be detailed there.
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including any children in our ceremony or reception (with exception of ring bearer, flower girl, and junior bridesmaid). We hope you understand and enjoy a kid free night!
Our ceremony will be outdoors on the Oceanfront Terrace. It will likely be pretty warm out so dress accordingly! We will then move across the street to the Clubhouse where the cocktail hour will be outdoors on the patio. The reception will then be indoors in the ballroom.
Yes! We will be having an open bar all night. We do, however, encourage cash tips for our bartenders!
Seabrook Island is a private gated community. You will have access to the island at all times if you choose to stay on the island (which we recommend). If you chose to stay off the island, we will provide you a pass that allows you to enter anytime the day before the wedding and the day of the wedding. They are pretty strict at the gate so be sure you have the pass! If you are staying on Seabrook Island, there is a one time $45 fee for every car you bring onto the island (this is included already in a lot of rentals). This fee is not charged if you are just coming on the island for the wedding
Seabrook Island Club does not accept credit card or cash. The amenity card is linked to your credit card to provide you access to use club facilities (restaurants, beach club pool, golf courses). The cost of the card is $50 daily per family (includes everyone in your rental). Some rentals may have the cost of the amenity card included. If you choose to decline the amenity card, the beach is free to access as well as the lakehouse outdoor pool. Your rental should provide you with instructions on how to order and set up your amenity card!
