When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than Friday, May 21st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:30pm. Please give yourselves ample time to find a parking spot and a seat before the ceremony begins. If you're early, feel free to stop at the on site Pusser's Carribean Grille and treat yourself to a pre-ceremony cocktail!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any food allergies so we can work with the team at AWH to get you a modified meal.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking in downtown Annapolis but keep in mind that some of these options will require a short walk. Parking at the hotel is $20 and is provided on a first come first serve basis. Next to the hotel is Paul's Parking Lot for $10. If these lots are full, there are multiple metered parking spots along the street as well as a large parking garage, Noah Hillman Parking Garage, just a few blocks away. What safety precautions will be in place for COVID-19?

Answer

*Our ceremony will be held outdoors and we will have access to both the indoor and outdoor spaces during the reception. The doors to the patio will remain open to allow for better ventilation indoors* *Our seating will be limited to 10 per table and we will be trying to seat members of the same households together where possible.* *At this time, the CDC continues to recommend mask wearing and social distancing for those who have not been vaccinated. However, per our venue, mask wearing will no longer be required for any guests. We will leave this up to each individual to decide what they are most comfortable with.*
