What is the dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is formal. Men - We ask that you wear a suit or slacks and a button up shirt; jackets and ties are optional. Please refrain from wearing jeans, shorts and/or polos. Women- We ask that you wear a floor length dress, cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit/jumpsuit. Although part of our event will be outdoors you are welcome to wear heels, there is a concrete walking path around the property so you won't sink into the grass 😊 Please refrain from wearing jeans, casual rompers and/or white dresses.

Are there any styles or colors you'd prefer me to wear?
Answer
We invite you to wear colors that compliment our wedding colors: Shades of Mauve Pink, Olive/Forest Green and Black (Please note this is entirely optional!). For the ladies, our bridesmaids will be in blush pink dresses.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 20th, 2024 - thank you in advance!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

This will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off with us!

I have a food allergy and/or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?
Answer
We will be providing a vegetarian and gluten-free option for dinner, should you have another allergy/restriction please feel free to contact Andrea at 253-320-4335. While we will do our best to accommodate, we may not be able to meet every special request - thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
The venue has two lots (the upper and the lower). The upper lot is reserved for vendors, overnight guests, Handicap guests (please make sure your vehicle has a placard displayed), and close family helping with set-up/tare-down. The lower lot will be open to everyone else - we recommend carpooling if possible. Parking attendants will help direct you during the guest arrival window. Shuttling (via an onsite Tram) is available from the lower lot to the venue starting 30 minutes before ceremony start.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
Answer
Yes, please make good choices! You will be able to pick up your car the morning after the wedding. You may need to walk around the gate to get to your car but the gate will open when you leave.

Do you have a gift registry?
Answer
We would love to create lifelong memories, instead of receiving physical gifts. In lieu of gifts, please consider making a contribution to our honeymoon fund. What will the weather be like?
Answer
August in Montana will be warm! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors but our reception will be indoors (where there will be AC!). The foyer will also be open during cocktail hour should you need to cool off 😊 In the event of an August shower the wedding will be moved indoors.

Can I take photos at the wedding?
Answer
We ask that everyone be prepared to turn off all phones and cameras during our ceremony. However, photos are welcome at our plugged-in reception!

Do you have directions to the venue?
Answer
FROM MISSOULA: Take I-90 west toward Coeur d' Alene. Take exit 75 toward Alberton. Turn left onto Railroad Ave crossing over the highway. Turn right onto S Frontage Rd W. Continue across the old Natural Pier Bridge and proceed right onto Plateau Rd. Turn at the first left onto Lost Lantern Trail, arrive at White Raven.
