When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP by Thursday, June 5, to ensure we have accurate numbers for our vendors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time, to ensure that you may find a seat and so that the ceremony may start on time.

Will there be parking provided by the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is free! The lot is located across the street, and guests who may require additional assistance will have the opportunity to be escorted down by a golf cart shuttle service. You are welcome to leave your car overnight and pick it up by 12:00pm the next day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service provided by the hotel that we have listed for those that have a room reserved.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that you wear semi-formal attire. The ceremony may be held either outside or inside, but there are outdoor amenities available throughout the night, so plan accordingly for the early July heat!

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your formal invitation, and appreciate your understanding.

When do I need to reserve my hotel by to receive the discount?

Answer

You will need to reserve your hotel by June 5, to be eligible for the block discount. The link to reserve with the discount can be found under the "Travel" tab.
