We're so excited to share our love with you!

Kathy and Richard have orbited in each others spheres for a very long time. Due to a mutual alliance, Kathy and Richard met each other through people who are very valuable to them. Let us set the scene: music was playing, the spirits both swinging high, in merriment, and falling low, from bottle to cup. The warmth in the room was matched only by the all to familiar feeling in the gut. This was contrasted by the main of the party, who was outside huddling in the cool, but humid, October air. The event was Richards cousins party.

Richard is a old-fashioned type of guy. He insisted on picking me up from my house flowers in hand. He insisted on opening every door. He even insisted that I walk on the inside of the side walk, in case a run away car were to push up on the curb. Richard showed up and was both equally fashionable and fashionably late. I knew I was smitten!! We went to play pool with another couple, and afterwards walked around Cascades Park. During the amazing conversation in the park, we would find out we both have so much in common, we are the same age, both born in December, both love music, and are both single parents. He was the perfect gentleman that I needed. Neither of us wanted the night to end.

Our first vacation was to celebrate our December birthdays. We left the kids at home and headed to St. Augustine for a weekend getaway. Sitting at a patio bar, listening to live music, with a drink in hand, he asked me to be his girlfriend. It was official, we were a couple in love!
