This is where the wedding party and family of the bride and groom will be staying. This hotel will also serve as the pick up/ drop off location for the bus to shuttle guest to/ from the ceremony. We hope that everyone will join us here. We have blocked off a set number of rooms; once those are filled, availability will be first come, first serve based on hotel vacancy. Reservations can be made on the hotel website or by phone. If you want to reserve a suite, you must do so via phone. When you call to reserve your room, make sure you tell them you are a guest of the Rivers-McVay Wedding in order to receive your discount!
