The soon to be married couple met at Eliassen Group, both as recruiters. Michaela's first week on the job she was told she had to "shadow" a senior recruiter, and was told "you'll be shadowing Kevin McCarron, he's the best." Shortly after spending some time together, Kevin shared with Michaela that he had gone to Providence College. Michaela mentioned that both her grandfather and mother had been Friars as well, to which he replied, "I can't wait to meet them." Fast forward, Kevin and Michaela grew as friends throughout their time at work together, and it wasn't until year three that Kevin asked Michaela to go to dinner..without other coworkers present. Their friendship quickly blossomed into a deep love for one another and here we are.

It was a typical Saturday. Kevin was out of the house before Michaela was out of bed for an early tee time. Michaela spent the day enjoying the beautiful fall weather, and perched on her favorite corner of the couch. Kevin arrived home after 18 holes with a bouquet of red roses and lunch for the two of them. With a huge smile, he got down on one knee right there in living room. A very easy "yes."
