Should I rent a car?

Answer

If you are traveling without children, Uber may be the way to go! We have shuttles for the wedding and everything else is within walking distance or a quick Uber away.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, we love kids! However, we understand mom and dad may want a kid-free weekend. The choice is yours!

Where should we stay?

Answer

We recommend the Westin Hotel! It is a good, central location and it is where the event shuttles will be picking guests up and dropping them off. Feel free to stay at any other hotel or even an Airbnb/VRBO house. The pool and views at the Westin are unbeatable!!

How long should we plan to be in town?

Answer

Wedding events will begin Friday evening at the Welcome Party and will end on Sunday morning with the brunch. If your schedules can allow, we recommend coming into town on Friday morning and heading home Sunday.

Which airport should we fly into?

Answer

It totally depends on your preference! Tampa flights may be cheaper and non-stop... but it will take you an hour to drive or Uber to Sarasota. The Sarasota airport is less than 10 minutes away from the Westin Hotel, but you may not find a direct flight.

What is the dress code?

Answer

If you go to the event tab, you will see dress code listed next to each event. The wedding is on a yacht, so you can leave your gown and tux at home!
