Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please respond if you will be in attendance of our wedding celebrations in Punta Cana by JULY 12, 2024.

Will I need a passport to travel?

Answer

Yes. You will need to have a valid passport to travel to the Dominican Republic. Your passport also can't expire within six months of your departure date. Please renew your passport if necessary as soon as possible, as it can take multiple weeks to get back to you. Is there a best way to book my travel?

Answer

No, please do what works best you! Our travel agent Calli is able to get you the best room rate for our wedding; utilize her if you plan on using credits, points/miles, or just prefer certain airline flights for your trip! If you don't have a preference, Frankie is able to help you find a hotel + flight deal if you are okay with flying on Spirit, American Airlines or United Airlines.

When should I book my room/flights?

Answer

If you choose to book a hotel & flight package with Frankie, you should leave your deposit as soon as possible to lock in your rate as pricing and availability of deals are subject to change at any time that the airline(s) chooses, there is not a particular deadline to book by all packages are first come first serve and subject to price increases at any moment.

Is there a certain date I should arrive?

Answer

It is suggested to arrive two days before the wedding date, in the event there are any delays to your flight itinerary. However, please arrive when it best suits your travel needs. Remember, we want everyone to feel relaxed and that this is also a vacation for you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request the pleasure of your company in formal attire for the day of the wedding. The ceremony will be held outside. Other wedding related activities will be posted on the Travel page of this site after July 12th with details on the event(s)/dress code(s). Other than that, bring your beach clothes and good vibes :)

Are our children invited?

Answer

Absolutely they are more than welcome if you would like to bring them along! Dreams Onyx Resort is family friendly with plenty of options for entertainment for the little ones and adults! You can expect to find a water park with water slides, a lazy river, indoor game room, kids and teen clubs, and five pools including a kids pool.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

As the we approach the wedding date and RSVP's have been submitted, we will be creating the wedding week itinerary of special things to do together with everyone at the resort! Please note any wedding related events are optional and not required, please utilize this time with us as a vacation for yourself as well!
