Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Attire: Lakeside Cocktail

Kids are invited to join us at our welcome party, complete with unlimited carousel rides and other fun activities. Light bites and drinks will be served for everyone to enjoy! SHUTTLE SCHEDULE HAMPTON INN: Shuttle departs at 6:40pm. HILTON GARDEN INN, SPRINGHILL SUITES, AND COUNTRY INN & SUITES: Shuttle departs at 6:45pm. THE INN AT HARBOR SHORES: Guests will utilize the hotel shuttle. Please request a ride to the venue at the front desk. Shuttle service back to the hotels will begin at 9:15pm. Parking at the venue is limited.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Formal

SHUTTLE SCHEDULE HAMPTON INN, HILTON GARDEN INN, SPRINGHILL SUITES, AND COUNTRY INN & SUITES: Shuttles will make two pick-ups at 3:30pm and 4:00pm. THE INN AT HARBOR SHORES: Shuttle will make one pick-up at 3:15pm. Shuttle service back to the hotels will begin at 10:00pm. Parking is available at the venue (overnight parking permitted).
